We have developed a unique process that encourages consumer interactivity in the fine art of pizza making. With over 41 elements to choose from, between the crusts, sauces, cheeses and toppings, each and every pizza comes out unique to the specific taste of the guest. Pie-tech experts hand-assemble each pie with guest input in the process and the finished product is ready in less than five minutes from start to finish. The initial fee for a Pie Five Pizza franchise is $20,000 plus a $5,000 development fee per restaurant if a Development Agreement is signed. Pie Five provides the following range of investments required to open your initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your front-end investment could be substantially reduced.

Franchisees pay ongoing royalty fees equal to 6% of gross sales and a brand fund contribution of 2% of gross sales.
Franchisees will be enrolled in a four week initial training program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training covering employee training, guest services, marketing, and food production. Pie Five will also provide on-site assistance in the opening of the franchises restaurant when available. Franchisees will receive ongoing assistance concerning the operations of the restaurant, as well as periodic inspections and refresher training courses when needed. Marketing and advertising assistance is also provided.
