The training will take place at an affiliate's restaurant in Falls Church, Virginia and Park Potomac, Maryland, in the Washington DC metropolitan area, at Elevation Burger headquarters or at another designated location. The program must be attended by four managers, at least one of whom is a partner from the ownership group, and must be completed within four weeks before the restaurant's opening. In addition, a designated number of Elevation Burger training staff will provide on-site assistance for up to ten days before and after the opening of the restaurant.
